The Off-Campus Study Storytelling Project and Archive started with a cohort of Hamilton students who had recently returned from their study abroad and/or off-campus study experience in the fall of 2019. These students launched a project that creates a space for reflection, an opportunity to share advice to students preparing for their own experiences, and a hands-on learning opportunity to develop and strengthen digital skills. Each year a new cohort is invited to participate in this ongoing storytelling project in an effort to highlight a diverse group of student voices and their study abroad and off-campus study experiences. These stories invite viewers to imagine and build their own future international or domestic experience and to be ready to be changed in ways that promote intellectual growth, flexibility, and collaboration.
